Please attach a letter of interest (LOI) on organization letterhead. Your LOI should be a brief, one page, informative letter which summarizes your background, mission, needs, goals, activities, and budget. Please include how your project fits BPI’s guidelines and funding interests.

LOI's must be submitted by October 19th, 5pm MST. Accepted parties will be invited by October 20th, 2025, to submit a grant application. All applications are due by 5pm MST, November 12th, 2025. Award winners will be notified by December 15th, 2025.
