The Bates Philanthropic Initiative (BPI) is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to expanding economic mobility for young adults through scholarships, grants, and wraparound support. BPI partners with community colleges, training programs, and local nonprofits to help students access high‑demand, skills‑based career pathways and the resources they need to succeed.
