BPI Welcomes Beth Best to Its Board of Directors

Littleton, CO —August 12th, 2026 — The Bates Philanthropic Initiative (BPI) is proud to announce the election of Beth Best to its Board of Directors, expanding the organization’s leadership team with a seasoned expert in education, workforce development, and community partnership building.

Beth brings more than 17 years of experience advancing opportunities for Colorado youth. Her career reflects a deep commitment to expanding access to skills‑based pathways—work that aligns directly with BPI’s mission to empower students through scholarships, grants, and wraparound support.

In her current role as Industry Partnership Coordinator at EPIC Campus, Beth collaborates with employers to design hands‑on learning experiences for high school students across high‑demand fields including aerospace, advanced manufacturing, business, computer science, construction trades, health sciences, and natural resources. Her leadership helps bridge classroom learning with real‑world career exploration, ensuring students gain the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

Prior to joining EPIC Campus, Beth spent 14 years leading the Littleton Public Schools Foundation, where she strengthened districtwide programs and expanded opportunities for thousands of students. Her work championed innovation, community engagement, and equitable access to educational resources.

Beth holds a B.S. in Marketing from Colorado State University and has built a career defined by collaboration, strategic partnership development, and a passion for supporting Colorado’s next generation of talent.
